PAYMENTS
This is a marketing subscription service and payments are automatically drafted on the due date. When you sign-up, you agree to be billed monthly for the services agreed to.
TERM
All agreements are for a 6-month relationship unless stated otherwise. It is automatically renewed every 6-months.
MARKETING TIMELINE
Zapp Rabbit’s team will be ready to launch services 2 weeks after they receive the requirements and account credentials from me, unless for other unforeseen circumstances.
CANCELLATION
A 30-day prior notice is required for cancellation. We do not do prorated billing so your cancelation date will correspond with your closest billing date. (layman terms) – An Elite Agency Solutions LLC (DBA Zapp Rabbit) agreement may be terminated: by either party upon fifteen(15) days prior written notice if the party breaches or is in default of any obligation hereunder and such default has not been cured within such fifteen (15) day period.
The parties to this Agreement recognize that this Agreement does not create any actual or apparent agency, partnership, or franchise between the parties. The Client is not authorized to enter into or commit Elite Agency Solutions LLC (DBA Zapp Rabbit) to any agreements, and the Client shall not represent itself as the agent or legal representative of Elite Agency Solutions LLC (DBA Zapp Rabbit). The parties to this Agreement recognize that this Agreement does not create any actual or apparent agency, partnership, or franchise between the parties. The Client is not authorized to enter into or commit Elite Agency Solutions LLC to any agreements, and the Client shall not represent itself as the agent or legal representative of Elite Agency Solutions LLC.S
